The control unit is not showing the levels. Check that the unit is connected to the
power supply and that it is properly
connected.
The sensor is properly connected, but is not
showing the levels accurately.
Adjust each of the relays’ potentiometers

) until accurate readings are obtained.
Check that there is nothing obstructing the
unit that prevents it from detecting the water
level.
In other cases or if the answers have not resolved the problem detected, contact a service
engineer (see the list of approved engineers on the product’s warranty).
