Watt is the amount of power that you are generating by pedaling. This
program allows you to vary your pace or RPM to which the machine’s
resistance will adjust accordingly to based on your selected goal. In Watt
Program Mode, the computer will remain at the preset watt value (setting
range is 0-350).
