Caller ID operation
Save a caller ID log entry to the allow list
1.  When in the caller ID log, press qCID or pDIR to browse.
2.  When the desired entry displays, press MENU/SELECT.
3.  Press qCID or pDIR to choose Allow list, then press  
MENU/SELECT.
4.  When the screen displays EDIT NUMBER, use the dialing keys to 
edit the number.
f Press qCID or pDIR to move the cursor to the left or right.
f Press MUTE/DELETE to backspace and erase a digit.
f Press and hold MUTE/DELETE to erase the entire entry.
f Press and hold REDIAL/PAUSE to insert a three-second dialing 
pause (a p appears).
5.  Press MENU/SELECT to move to the name. 
6.  When the screen displays EDIT NAME, use the dialing keys (page 
54) to edit the name.
f Press qCID or pDIR to move the cursor to the left or right.
f Press 0 to add a space.
f Press MUTE/DELETE to erase a character.
f Press and hold MUTE/DELETE to erase all characters.
f Press # (pound key) to move the last word to the front. For 
example, Johnson Charlie becomes Charlie Johnson when 
you press # (pound key).
f Press TONE  to change the next letter to upper or lower case.
7. Press MENU/SELECT when done. The screen shows Saved to 
allow list.
Save a caller ID log entry to the block list
1.  When in the caller ID log, press qCID or pDIR to browse.
2.  When the desired entry displays, press MENU/SELECT.
3.  Press qCID or pDIR to choose Block list, then press  
MENU/SELECT.
4.  When the screen displays EDIT NUMBER, use the dialing keys to 
edit the number.
