6.5 ANTI CRUSH BAR (OPTIONAL)
The anti-crushing system consists of a pressure sensitive bar mounted in front of the work
platform control station.
If during a drive or elevation movement, the operator finds himself in a crushing situation (beam,
tree branch…) he will activate the anti-crush bar with his body.
➢ The ongoing movement will stop immediately.
➢ The movement will automatically reverse for about one second.
➢ An acoustic alarm will sound.
To restore machine operation, the anti-crush bar must be released, the controls returned to
neutral and the enable pedal released.
The priority ground control station remains operational even if the anti-crush bar remains
activated.
