The units of measure (kilometers/miles) can
be changed in the MMI* or using the !CAR!
button on the radio control.
Odometer/ trip odometer
The odome t er shows the to tal number of kilo-
meters o r miles that have been dr iven on the
vehicle.
The trip odome t er shows t he distance d riven
since it was last re set. It can be used t o me as-
ure short distances . The las t digit shows dis-
tances of 100 meters or 1/ 10 of a mile .
The trip odome t er can be reset to ze ro by
press ing the reset bu tton

rected .

- The date, t ime , and dist ance conti nue to
show for about 30 seconds afte r t he igni-
tion is switched off.
- The odomete r turns o n for about 30 sec -
onds whe n the dr iver's door is opened .
- The odomete r can be t urned on for ap -
proximately 30 seconds with the ignitio n
off by pressing the
!SET! button
