Steps for removal:
– Remove fasteners -1- and unscrew bolts -2-.
– Remove suspension turret cover from retainers in direction of
-arrows-.
Step 1 - removing:
– Detach retaining clip -1-, then remove O-rings and regulating
valve -5- with fuel hoses attached.
– Use hose clip pliers to disconnect fuel supply hoses -2- and
-3-.
– Loosen bolt -4- on bracket and remove fuel filter.
Step 2 - installing fuel filter:
Install in reverse sequence. Note tightening torques (see table of
tightening torques for installation ⇒ page 104 ).
Flow direction is indicated by arrows on filter housing.
