i§i Defective light bulb warning
If t he 1:J indicat or light turns on, a bulb has
fa iled. The message indi cates th e locat ion of t he
bulb.
Replace t he bulb immedia t ely.
Vehicle lights: system fault!
There is a malfunction in the headli ghts or the
light switch.
Drive to an aut horized Aud i dealer or authorized
Audi Service Facility immediately to have t he
malfunct ion corrected .

- Light bulbs are under pressure and can ex-
plod e when bulbs are replaced, wh ich in-
creases the risk of inj ury.
- With HID headlights (xenon headlights) , the
high-vo ltage component must be handled
correctly . Ot herwise, there is a risk of fa t al

£1 Automatic headlights / wipers: System fault!
The light/rain sensor is malfunctioning.
The low beams remain switched on at all times
fo r safety reasons when the li ght switch is in the
AUTO position. You can cont inue to turn the
lights on and off using the lig ht switch. You can
sti ll contro l all fu nctions that are independent of
the rain sensor t hrough the winds hield wiper lev-
er.
Drive to an authorized Audi dealer or authorized
Audi Service Facility immediate ly to have the
malfunction correct ed.
