1. Check location of inverter. Ensure it has adequate ventilation and is not
exposed to direct sunlight.
2. Contact your installer to replace inverter if problem persists.

1. Restart inverter (up to three times).
2. Call installer to:
a. Check for pinched, crimped or otherwise damaged cables and
connections.
b. Check all switches for short circuit.
3. If error persists contact your installer for a replacement inverter.

1. Restart inverter (up to three times).
2. Call installer to:
a. Check if there is any current on the ground conductor using a clamp
meter.
b. Check for pinched, crimped or otherwise damaged cables and
connections.
3. If error persists contact your installer for a replacement inverter.

1. Restart inverter (up to three times).
2. Call installer to:
