ANSWER A CALL
Incoming calls will ring and a green light will
flash beside the line appearance.
You may answer a call one of the following ways:
• Lift the handset and begin speaking.
• Press the Speaker button and begin
speaking hands free.
• Press the line key where the call is ringing.
• Press the [Answer] soft key.
MAKE A CALL
You may place a call one of the following ways:
• Lift the handset and begin dialing.
• Simply begin dialing without lifting the
handset to activate the speakerphone.
• Press the Speaker button and begin dialing.

ACCESS FROM YOUR OWN OFFICE EXTENSION
Press the Message button (looks like
an envelope).
ACCESS FROM OTHER THAN YOUR EXTENSION
1. Dial the Access Number: 860-713-MAIL
(860-713-6245) from outside the office, or
MAIL (6245) from any other office extension.
2. When the system answers, press
# followed
by your 11-digit extension: (ie: 18607136xxx)
3. Enter your password.
