If you select, “Yes, Avaya Spaces Room App”
complete these steps and then jump to page 24:
1. Enter the Device Name for the Space
meeting.
2. The Code to Join is displayed as both a QR
code and a verification code.
3. To pair the CU360 to the meeting you can:
Frame the QR code with your Avaya Spaces
app on your mobile device
OR
Enter the verification code in the Join Spaces
Room field on your Spaces web page.

AVAYA WORKPLACE ON-PREMISES
DEPLOYMENTS)
The “Easy to Start” procedure allows you to
configure the system in a few quick steps for
Avaya deployments (Cloud or On-Premises) by
inserting your Avaya Workplace user credentials
on CU360 screen.
1. Insert your email address.
2. Insert your credentials.
3. Select Done when completed.
The system is automatically configured and
scheduled meetings are displayed in the calendar
menu. Please refer to the Deployment Guide on
the Avaya Support Site (https://support.avaya.
com) for more details.
