Notes
1. Hirschmann™ switch ports with Spanning Tree (STP) enabled may take upwards of 30 seconds to become active.
Hirschmann™ switches do not support Fast-mode STP. For all test cases, unless stated, STP will be disabled on

2. On Hirschmann™ switches, when Auto Configuration (Autonegotiation) is disabled, 'Manual Cable Crossing' must
be set for link to come up and 1000MB Full/Half Duplex cannot be configured.
3. For Multicast test cases, Active Querier is enabled on HirschmannMACH switch and IGMP Snooping enabled
on Avaya switch.
4. IGMPv3 Snooping is not currently supported on Avaya switch. For test case, IGMP Snooping is disabled on the
ERS 5600.
