8.1.1
Error messages
If an error occurs, the machine stops immediately and
displays an error message on the operator panel.
The format for error messages is as follows:
[194] Example of an error message:
5144 = status number; the message can identified more easily
with this number.
“Rewinder init” = status text; a short description of the error.
If an error occurs that is not described here:
Press the key to delete the message.
Switch the machine off, wait 30 seconds and switch
it back on.
8.1.2
Warnings
Warnings indicate less severe status than error mes-
sages. The labelling is not interrupted by a warning.
Warning can occur both in dispensing mode and in on-
line setting mode.
Warning format:
[195] Example of a warning in dispensing mode:
„Material low“ = Warning text; a short description of what has
caused the warning.
8.1.3
Setting back a warning
In dispensing mode:
Press the key (works earliest with firmware ver-
sions > 1.10).
In online setting mode:
Switch to dispensing mode. To do so, press the but-
tons + .
Press the key (works earliest with firmware ver-
sions > 1.10).
In both modes:
Send the Easy-Plug command #!CLRW to the ma-
chine.
If more than one warning is active at a time, the
highest prioritised warning appears at first; if
thit one is set back the next one appears, and
so on.
8.1.4
General software errors
The occurrence of errors in the firmware can never be
completely precluded. These types of errors are given
the name “general software error” in the error directory.
They can only be corrected by the manufacturer.
If an error listed as a “general software error” in the er-
ror directory occurs repeatedly, please inform the man-
ufacturer, quoting the error number and explaining the
circumstances in which it occurred.
