USBNENAJack Box Use Cases
This section lists use cases of the USB NENAJack Box.

Up to four USB NENAjack boxes and one external audio interface can connect to a Scout console, which allows
supervisors to join a dispatcher's call, to accommodate multiple dispatcher trainees, or to provide redundancy
in the event of jack box failure.
l
Administrators can adjust audio levels, microphone sensitivity, and other settings to further enhance audio
clarity for dispatchers and supervisors.

USBJack Box – Allows Scout consoles to interface with headset/handset peripherals.

USBNENA Jack Box – allows Scout consoles to interface with 911 phone devices via a NENA interface.
