Calibration
INSTANCE
Span Calibration (after warming up)
Action Description Display Status
1. Zero the balance.
Press and
Hold [ CAL ]
2. Press and hold the CAL key for 5 seconds
until the display shows “CAL” then release.
3. When the display ashes the calibration
value, place the required mass on the
platform. ( example : 200g )
4. When the value stops ashing, calibration is
complete. You may remove the calibration
mass.
Linear Calibration ( Advanced Users Only )

1. Zero the balance.
Press and
Hold [ CAL ]
2. Press and hold the CAL key for 5 seconds
until the display shows “CAL”, then release.
Press and
Hold [ MENU ]
3. Press and hold the MENU key for 7
seconds until the display ashes “CAL”
again, then release.
4. When the display ashes the rst
calibration value, place the required mass
on the platform. (example : 200g)
5. When the value stops ashing, remove
the weight. The next calibration value
will be displayed. Place the mass on the
platform ( example : 170g )
6. Repeat Step 5 until the display shows
zero.
