TheONVIFMediaProlespagelistsallsuchpre-conguredproles.Theseprolescannotberemoved.Pre-conguredmedia
proleshavebeenincludedintheproductforquicksetup.ItisalsopossibletocongurenewONVIFmediaprolesasperrequired
specications.ToaddanewONVIFmediaprole,clickAddandentertherequiredinformation.Youcanalsomodifyorremovea
prolefromthispage.
CameraSettings
TheVideo&Audio>CameraSettingspageprovidesaccesstoadvancedimagesettingsfortheAxisproduct.
ImageAppearance
TochangeImageAppearancegotothemenusunderSetup>Video&Audio>CameraSettings.
IncreasingtheColorlevelincreasesthecolorsaturation.Thevalue100givesmaximumcolorsaturationandthevalue0gives
minimumcolorsaturation.
TheimageBrightnesscanbeadjustedintherange0–100,whereahighervalueproducesabrighterimage.
TheContrastchangestherelativedifferencebetweenlightanddark.Itcanbeadjustedusingtheslidebar.
Videoinput
•ThevaluesintheOffsetAdjustmentseldsaffectthehorizontalandverticalsynchronizationfortheimage.Thiscan
beusedtoeliminateanyblackbordersurroundingtheimage.Highvalues,bothnegativeandpositivecanputthe
imageoutofsync.
•De-interlacing-isusedtoimprovevideostreamimagequalityfromanalogdevices.Selectanyofthefollowingoptions
fromtheDe-interlacingdrop-downlist.SelectNoneifde-interlacingisnotnecessary;Blendingforimprovedimage
qualitythatisnotasprocessorintensive;AdaptiveInterpolationperformsde-interlacingofthevideostreambyapplying
differentltersontheimage.ThismaygiveabetterresultthanMotionAdaptiveInterpolationinrarecases;Motion
AdaptiveInterpolationperformsde-interlacingofthevideostreambyapplyingdifferentltersdependingonthemotion
indifferentpartsoftheimage.Thiswillinmostcasesresultinthebestimagequality.
•Antialiasingwillminimizedistortionknownasaliasing,whichhappenswhenahigh-resolutionimageisrepresentedat
alowerresolution.
75Ohmvideoterminationcanbeenabled/disabledviatheproduct'swebpageatVideo&Audio>VideoInput>Videotermination.
Videoterminationisenabledonfactorydefault.Iftheproductisconnectedinparallelwithotherequipment,foroptimumvideo
quality,itisrecommendedthatvideoterminationisenabledonlyforthelastdeviceinthevideosignalchain.
