Ifyousetapasswordfortheproductduringconguration,andlateraddthatproducttoasite,youcannolongerlogintothe
product'swebinterfacewiththepasswordyou'veset.ThisisbecauseAXISCompanionsoftwarechangesthepasswordsof
alldevicesinthesite.
Tologintoadeviceinyoursite,typetheusernamerootandyoursitepassword.

1.Inthedevice’swebinterface,gotoSystem>Storage.
2.SelectFormatandclickUsetool.
Note
Thisprocedureerasesallrecordingsfromtheharddrive,butthecongurationoftherecorderandthesitedoesn’tchange.
