NORMAL OPERATIONS
Left hand - constant indicating power to Command Station
Right hand - flashes on receipt of Handset signals
STOP pressed / short circuit on track
Left hand flashes
HANDSET OUT OF RANGE OF COMMAND STATION
Left hand and Right hand both flash rapidly
