5.5 Self-help in the event of malfunctions
Controller
not
functioning
Controller not connected to
the mains
Connection socket has no
power
Power cable not correctly
contacted (plugged in)
Fuse(s) not working
(see 5.5.1 Changing fuses)
Connect the device to the
mains
Connect the device to a
functional socket
Plug device connector
correctly into the device
socket
Check main fus
replace if necessary
Before checking the fuses,
device is
disconnected
mains.
Filter indicator
is lit up.
Dust bag is full
Turbine protection filter in
suction box is blocked
Filter cassette is blocked
Unscrew front panel and
clean the handpiece.
It is essential that the device is
turned off and disconnected
from the mains beforehand!
Change dust bag
Change turbine protection
filter
Change filter in cassette
Low suction
power and
the device gets
hot
Handpiece is blocked
Dust bag is full
Turbine protection filter in
suction box is blocked
Filter cassette is blocked
Exhaust is blocked
Dust bag lid is not properly
closed
Seal has sli
on the controller or the
handpiece outlet has become
dirty or is defective
Regularly check for the
filter check display
Unscrew the front panel
and clean the handpiece.
It is essential that the device is
turned off and disconnected
from the mains beforehand!
Change dust bag
Change turbine protection
filter
Change filter in cassette
Please ensure that the
extracted air can escape
easily from the back of the
device
Properly close
the dust bag lid
Check seals and replace if
necessary. Clean the filter
box, seal groove and dust
bag lid.
