noise by using long leads to get stable readings. Also, due to limited compliance voltage and
current, the time required to obtain a steady reading is substantial when making winding
resistance measurements of transformers of capacities higher than 8 MVA.
However, when fast response measurements are to be made on high inductance
loads, this instrument is not recommended.
NOTE:
Due to its high gain, the Instrument may give 3 to 4 counts flicker on 2 milliohm range.
