Why doesn't my B&D Door Opening System work from the transmitter?

  If your B&D Door Opening System opener doesn't work from the transmitter, there might be several reasons: * The garage door may be in poor condition (e.g., broken springs). Check the door's operation. * The opener might not have power. Plug a device of similar voltage into the power point to check if it is working. * The transmitter battery might be flat. Replace the battery. * The transmitter may not contain Tri-Tran+TM Technology. Ensure the transmitter has grey buttons and the model number on the back displays V2. * The opener might be in “Vacation Mode.” Turn off “Vacation Mode”. * The transmitter button may not be programmed to operate the door. Code in the transmitter and ensure the correct button is being pressed.
