STANDARD DISCHARGE REMOVAL
Follow all pre-maintenance shut down procedures.
Remove the hydraulic cylinder pin that controls the discharge up and down, see Figure 1.
Unhook all hydraulic hoses on the side and top cylinders see Figure 2.
Securely fasten a hoist to the discharge lifting lug, see Figure 3.
With the hoist, lift the discharge straight up, see Figure 4.
Repeat the steps in a reverse order to reinstall the discharge.

Unhook side and top cylinder hoses.
Lift Discharge Up
Before attempting any type of maintenance, disengage clutch, wait for the disc/drum to come to a complete
stop, turn o engine, remove the ignition key, make sure the ignition key is in your possession, install the
disc/drum lock pin, wait 2 minutes then disconnect the battery.
MAINTENANCE
If the discharge or hood need to be removed, always use some sort of mechanical device like an overhead
hoist, loader, lift truck, etc. that is rated for lifting that component. Follow all OSHA instructions for lifting.
