1. Safety
This device radiates heat on its external surfaces during nor mal operation, which is both norma l an d safe. Exposing flammable or
combustible materials into close proximity of this de vice could result in the spontaneous ignition of that material, resulting in a fire.
For t his reason, it is absolutely necessary to leave an “exclusio n zone” a round all external surfaces of the dev ice where no flammable
or com bustible m aterials are present. The exclusion zone m ust be not less than 40 cm (16”) for all Barco devices. Do not cover the
device with any m aterial while the it is in operation.
Mount the devic e in a w ell ventilated area away from sources of ignition and out of direct sun light.
Slots and openings in this equipme nt are provided for ventilation. To ensure reliable oper ation of the device and to protect it from
overheating, these openings m ust not be blocked or covered. The openings should never be blocked by plac ing the device too close
to walls, or other similar surface. This d evice sh ould never be placed near or over a radiator or heat register. T his device should not
be placed in a built-in installation or enclosure unless proper ventilation is provided.
In the event of fire, use sand, CO2, or dry powder fire extinguishers; never use water on an elec trical fire .
Fusing: Internal fuse for Line is provided in the power supply. A blown internal fuse is an indication of ca tastrophic failure of circuit
component(s). Repair must be performed by authorized personnel. Fuses must be replaced with same type and ratings.
1.4 Environmental Condition Check

For installations in environments w he re the device is subject to excessive dust, then it is h
ighly advisab le and desirable to have this
dust removed prior to it reaching the device clean air s upply. Devices or structures to extract or shield excessive dust well away
from the dev ice are a prerequisite; if this is not a feasible solution then measures to relocate the device to a clean air environment
should be considered.
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure at all times that the device is protected from the harmful effects of hostile airborne particles
in the environment of the device. T he manufacturer reserves the right to refuse repair if a device has been subject to negligence,
abandon or improper use .

Environment
The C lickShare product is intended to be used in office and indoor environme nts only.
Do not install the device in a site near heat s ources such as radiators or air ducts, or in a place subject to direct sunlight, excessive
dust or hum idity. Be aw are that room heat rises to the c eiling; check that temperature near the installation site is not excessive.
Maximum allowed altitude to use the produ ct : 3000m (9843Ft). Due to China regulation the maximum altitude is limited to 2000
meter (6561 feet) for China mainland.
