o When you first connect your range hood to the power supply, the
display (9) will show “88:88” and the backlight will turn on.
o The backlight will turn off automatically after 30 seconds if no
buttons are pressed.
Setting the time of day
o Before pressing the light control button (3) and the speed
control button (2) you should set the time of day.
o Press and hold the timer button (4) for about 3
seconds to enter the time setting mode. The
display (9) will show “12:00” and the hour digits
will flash.
o Repeatedly press the speed control button (2)
to increase the number of hours shown on the
display. You can also use the light control button
(3) to decrease the number of hours shown.
The maximum number of hours that you can set
is 23.
o When the correct number of hours shows on the
display, press the timer button (4) again to
confirm. The number of minutes on the display
will flash “00”.
o Use the speed control button (2) to increase the number of
minutes and the light control button (3) to decrease the number
of minutes shown. The maximum number of minutes that you
can set is 59.
o When the correct time of day is shown on the display, press the
timer button (4) to confirm.
Turning ON/OFF the hood lights
o Press the light control button (3) once to turn
the range hood lights on. The lamp symbol (6)
will light on the display (9).
o To turn the hood lights off, press the light
control button (3) again and the lights will go
off. The lamp symbol (6) will no longer be lit on
the display.
