4.1 Supported commands
Following NMT commands are supported:
 NMT Start
 NMT Preoperational
 NMT Stop
 NMT Reset
 NMT Communication Reset
There is no difference between NMT Reset and NMT Communication Reset
4.2 Boot up message
Send NMT message to initialize the device
