11. Enter the additional heating time for melting
(see the table on page 35) using the "+" and "-"
buttons.
The timer counts down the entered seconds
and thus determines the time to cast.
12. Once the timer has run down and the alloys
melt visually appears to be ready for casting,
press the "Casting" button to trigger the casting
process.
The casting is carried out with overpressure.
Alloy, chamber pressure, and casting number
will be displayed during that process.
13. Remove the mould.
14. Close the mould door. The casting process is
completed.
Never look into the melt without
protective glass and protective
eyewear!
Important: The movement of the melt is caused
by the magnetic field, not by the heat. The moving
melt is, therefore, not a boiling melt!
Risk of burns!
Use mould tongs!
