If your Beko Air Conditioner is blowing air, but the cooling or heating isn't effective, several factors could be at play. First, check that the temperature setting is appropriate, ensuring it's lower than the ambient temperature for cooling or higher for heating. A blocked air filter can also reduce efficiency, so clean it thoroughly. Obstructions at the air inlet or outlet should be removed.
