Why is foam overflowing from the detergent drawer of my Beko Washer?
    • M
      Michael AdamsSep 12, 2025
If foam is overflowing from the detergent drawer of your Beko washer, you're likely using too much detergent. Mix 1 tablespoonful of softener with ½ liter of water and pour it into the main wash compartment of the detergent drawer. Also, put detergent into the machine suitable for the programmes and maximum loads indicated in the 'Programme and consumption table'. When you use additional chemicals (stain removers, bleachs and etc), reduce the amount of detergent.

      Marissa PerkinsAug 25, 2025
If your Beko washer programme cannot be started or selected, it might have switched to self-protection mode due to a supply problem such as line voltage or water pressure issues. To cancel the current programme, turn the Programme Selection knob to select another programme.

Why Beko Washer machine does not switch to spinning step?
    • D
      Debra DelgadoAug 26, 2025
If your Beko washer isn't switching to the spinning step, there might be an unbalanced load. The automatic unbalanced load detection system may be activated due to how the laundry is distributed in the drum. Also, the machine won't spin if the water isn't drained completely, so check the filter and the draining hose. Excessive foam from too much detergent can also prevent spinning.

Your Beko Washer might be vibrating or making noise due to several reasons: * The machine might be standing unbalanced; adjust the feet to level it. * A hard substance might have entered the pump filter; clean the pump filter. * Transportation safety bolts are not removed; remove them. * The laundry quantity might be too little; add more laundry. * The machine might be overloaded; remove some laundry or distribute the load evenly. * The machine might be leaning on something; ensure it's not.

Why does my Beko Washer laundry smell unpleasant after washing?
    • D
      Diane SmithSep 18, 2025
If your clothes smell unpleasant after washing in your Beko Washer, odours and bacteria layers may have formed on the drum due to continuous washing at lower temperatures and/or in short programmes. Leave the detergent drawer and loading door ajar after each washing to prevent a humid environment that encourages bacteria growth.

Why washing performance is poor and laundry turns gray in Beko WTX71232WI?
    • A
      Alice PetersSep 6, 2025
If your laundry turns gray after washing in your Beko washer, it could be due to using too little detergent over time, washing at low temperatures for too long, or using insufficient detergent with hard water. Using too much detergent, overloading the machine, selecting the wrong program and temperature, or using the wrong type of detergent can also cause this issue. Use the recommended amount of original detergent appropriate for water hardness and the laundry, and select the proper program and temperature.

Why is there water leaking from the bottom of my Beko WTX71232WI?
    • J
      Jacob DayAug 30, 2025
If you notice water leaking from the bottom of your Beko Washer, it could be due to a clogged or twisted water drain hose; try cleaning or flattening the hose. Another possible cause is a clogged pump filter, so try cleaning the pump filter as well.
