What to do if there is a drop in volume or pressure in Belanger DuraFlo?
    • S
      Sara SmithAug 6, 2025
If you notice a drop in volume or pressure in your Belanger Industrial Equipment, possible causes include an air leak in the suction line, a worn un-loader valve, an empty supply tank, a slipping drive belt, or a worn Low Level Switch. To resolve this, try replacing the suction lines, replacing the un-loader valve (Belanger® Part No. 1VALVE-WA715), refilling the fluid supply tank, tightening or replacing the belt (Part No. 1BELT595 for the 10 HP Pump Station or 1BELT598 for the 15 HP Pump Station), or replacing the Low Level Switch (Belanger® Part No. 1ELECT-SW550).

What to do if the pump does not run in Belanger Industrial Equipment?
    • J
      Jason NguyenAug 15, 2025
If the pump in your Belanger Industrial Equipment does not run, it could be due to blown fuses, tripped overloads, a faulty car wash programmer, a faulty motor, or a faulty pump. You can try replacing the fuses, resetting the overload switch (located on the field supplied Motor Starter), checking the programmer for damage, replacing the motor (Belanger® Part No. 1MOTOR- EL785 or 1MOTOR-EL979), or replacing the pump (Belanger® Part No. 1PUMP937).

Why does the pump run rough in Belanger DuraFlo?
    • D
      Debra CantrellAug 26, 2025
If the pump runs rough in your Belanger Industrial Equipment, it could be due to fluid that is too hot, air in the water supply line, excessive turbulence or vibration in the tank, or an inadequate fluid level in the tank. To fix this, shut off the machine to allow the fluid to cool off, purge air lines to remove bubbles, make sure the tank is sitting level, and increase the fluid level.
