6. STOPPING THE ENGINE
1. Switch off the connected electrical appliances and disconnect them.
2. Allow the generator to run with no load for a few minutes to stabilize the
internal temperature. Turn the power switch to the STOP position.
3. Turn the fuel valve to the OFF position.
NOTE
Never start or stop the generator with a load connected.
Make sure the fuel switch is in the CLOSED position when stopping,
transporting, and storing the generator.
To stop the engine in an emergency, turn the power switch to STOP
immediately.
