Clearances around the Lift
For safety purposes, a reasonable amount of clear space around the Lift is
required
.
You also need to make sure to leave enough space
above
the Vehicles you will be raising. Be sure to
check for low-hanging obstructions such as hanging lights, beams, and so on.
Do not install the
Lift under low-hanging obstructions
.
Note: The Power Unit Stand can be on either side of the Lift, but it must be on the Short Ramp end.
