5. On the Powerside Post, put the Powerside Safety Cover into place so that the Short Hydraulic Line
can be routed through it. Do not fully tighten the Powerside Safety Cover in place at this point in
the installation.

6. Connect the Curved End of the Short Hydraulic Line to the 06 JIC connector of the Tee Hydraulic
Fitting; finger tighten the connection.
This connection is made on the outside of the Powerside Post. If the 06 JIC connector of the Tee
Hydraulic Fitting is not on the outside of the Powerside Post, this means the Tee Hydraulic Fitting
was not installed correctly. Return to Routing Hydraulic Lines for complete instructions.
7. Route the Short Hydraulic Line through the two holes in the side of the Powerside Safety Cover.
8. Connect the Straight End of the Short Hydraulic Line to the 06 JIC connector on the Elbow
Hydraulic Fitting; finger tighten the connection.
9. Use appropriate tools to securely tighten all of the finger-tightened connections.
