ENGINE OIL
HUILE MOTEUR
Any topping up with oil must be carried
out after cheking oil level and by adding
oil but never exceeding the max level.
-Unscrew and take out the measuring tap-dipstick 1 (fig. 2).
-Clean the area in contact with oil with a clean cloth.
-Screw the tap-dipstick 1 completely in its tube 2.
-Remove the tap-dipstick 1 again and read the level the oil
reaches on the dipstick.
-The level is correct when it is close to maximum notch
marked on the measuring dipstick.
-Top up if necessary.
The MAX level reference indicates a quantity of about 700
cc of oil in the engine. If the check is carried out after the
vehicle has been used, and therefore with a hot engine, the
level line will be lower; in order to carry out a correct check,
it is necessary to wait for at least 10 minutes after the
engine has been stopped so as to get the corrct level.
OIL TOP UP
Tou up engine oil as indicated in the maintenance tables.
According to the scheduled maintenance tables, take the
vehicle to an Benelli Official Dealer regularly to have engine
oil checked and topped up if necessary.

Les éventuales remplissages d’ huile
moteur doivent être effectués aprés la
vérification du niveau d’ huile et toujours
en ajotant de l’ huile sans jamais dépasser
le niveau MAX.
-Dévisser et extraire le bouchon jauge de misure 1 (fig. 2).
-Nettoyer la partie en contact avec l’ huile à l’ aide d’ un
chiffon propre.
-Visser complétement le bouchon jauge 1 dans le trou d’
introdection 2.
-Extraire de nouveau le bouchon jauge 1 et lire le niveau
atteint per l’ huile sur la jauge.
-Le niveau est correct s’ il atteint approximativament l’
encoche marquée sur la jauge de mesure correspondant
au niveau maximum.
-Si nécessaire, remplir.
Le repère du niveau MAX indique une quantité d’ environ
700 cc d’ huile dans le moteur. Si la vérification est
effectuée aprés avoir employé le véhicule, donc avec le
moteur chaud, la ligne de niveau sera plus basse; pour
effectuer une vérification correcte, il est nécessaire d’
attendre au moins 10 mintes aprés l’ arrêt du moteur, de
facon à avoir un niveau correct.
APPOINT D’ HUILE
Effectuer le remplissage d’ huile moteur selon ce qui est
reporté dans les tableaux d’ entretien.
Dans les tableaux d’ entretien progammé il est de toute
façon prévu d’ effectuer périodiquement chez un
Concessionnaire Officiel Benelli un contrôle et éventuel
remplissage d’ huile moteur.
