7. The battery is un-sealed.
8. Installing performance parts or components on the vehicle that change the original engineering.
9. Damage caused by servicing of the product (including upgrades and expansions) performed by
anyone who is not authorised by Panmi/ Benelli to perform such services
10. Damage caused by nature or acts of God, for example, lightning strikes, cyclones, and the like.
11. Damage caused by natural wear and tear.
