4. Remove all protective cover from the holdings
stem and handle bar. Insert the stem into bike frame.
Remove the plastic cover to expose the screw. Use the
right Allen key to tighten the screw and lock the holding
stem in palce.
5. With Allen key, loosen the screws on the cap
from the handlebar holding stem, rotate and adjust
the position of handlebar. Then tighten the screw to
secure the handlebar in place.
