CD-ROM is dusty
Some brand of CD-ROM cannot read up to 650MB, and it will
cause the CD hard to readable.
CD is out of order.
Solution:
If the CD-ROM is dusty, please use the CD cleaner to clean it first
and then re-read the CD.
If the CD-ROM cannot read up to 650MB, please try to upgrade
your CD-ROM.
If the CD is out of order, please contact the dealer from whom you
purchased the scanner.
