Wired audio Problem Solution
There is no audio
in the hearing aids
The audio source needs to be
turned on and connected to
the SoundGate 3
Verify that the audio source is powered ON and the
3.5 mm jack stereo cable is completely connected to
both the SoundGate 3 and the selected device. Refer
to the wired connection steps on page 42 of this
manual.
Volume level
is too high
Volume needs to be adjusted
on the connected wired audio
source
Adjust the volume on the audio source to a level that
suits you
Charging Problem Solution
SoundGate 3 does
not work even while
charging
The battery is drained
completely
The SoundGate 3 battery must be charged for at
least 20 minutes before it can operate. For optimal
use, avoid draining the battery completely.
