4.2 Replacing the PCBA-EMB-Main.

• Remove the X-carriage cover (item 4.1).
• Remove the EEPROM 1 (this belongs to the embroidery module!).
• Disconnect the following cables:
a. Connection cable module / machine (already disconnected when removing the cover).
b. X-Carriage sensor front.
c. X-Carriage sensor rear.
d. Decoder X-Carriage.
e. Stepping motor X-Carriage.
• Remove the 3 screws f (T10 M3x8).
• Remove the PCBA -Main-EMB.
• Mount the EEPROM in the exchange circuit board.
• Refit the PCBA -Main-EMB in the module.
• Reconnect the cables b through e.
• Refit the cover along with the cable a.
