Installation Tips
Before you begin installing your new Supertop NX Twill, please read
all the instructions thoroughly.
For a smooth fit:
For easier installation, the top should be installed at a temperature above 72° F.
Below this temperature, the fabric may contract an inch or more, making it
difficult to fit the vehicle.
It is normal for the fabric to contract and wrinkle when stored in the shipping
carton. Within a few days after installation, the fabric will relax and the wrinkles
will disappear.

Install Cable Guide Brackets in Rear Door Rails

Step 1: Attach Right Cable Guide Bracket

Attaches the right cable guide bracket to the rear door rail.

Install Rear Door Rails

Step 1: Locate and Attach Right Rear Door Rail

Attaches the right rear door rail to the Jeep belt rail.

Step 2: Secure Rear Door Rails to Sport Bar

Secures the rear door rails to the Jeep sport bar using knobs.

Install Front Door Rails

Step 1: Attach Right Front Door Rail

Attaches the right front door rail to the Jeep sport bar.

Step 2: Secure Front Door Rails to Sport Bar

Secures front door rails to sport bar with knobs.

Install Top Arches

Step 1: Insert Rear and Front Top Arches

Inserts rear and front top arches into door rails.

Step 2: Tighten Knobs on Door Rails

Removes protective strips and tightens knobs on door rails.

Install Bow Mount Brackets

Step 1: Attach Bow Mount Brackets to Sport Bar

Attaches bow mount brackets to the sport bar down-tubes.

Step 2: Replace Sport Bar Protective Cover

Replaces sport bar cover ensuring brackets align with openings.

Install Tailgate Bar Mounts

Step 1: Snap Tailgate Bar Mounts onto Belt Rail

Snaps left and right tailgate bar mounts onto the Jeep belt rail.

Attach Side Bows to Header/Fabric Assembly

Step 1: Prepare Header/Fabric Assembly

Lays out header/fabric assembly and exposes screw holes for side bows.

Attach Side Bows to Header/Fabric Assembly (cont.)

Step 2: Secure Right Side Bow

Secures the right side bow to the header/fabric assembly with screws.

Step 3: Replace Protective Flaps

Replaces protective flaps and re-inserts screws.

Attach #3 Bow to Bow Mount Brackets

Step 1: Connect #3 Bow to Mount Brackets

Connects the #3 bow assembly to the bow mount brackets.

Step 2: Secure #3 Bow Snaps

Ensures #3 bow snaps into place in the bow mount bracket.

Attach #4 Bow to Bow Mount Brackets

Step 1: Connect #4 Bow to Mount Brackets

Step 2: Secure #4 Bow Snaps

Attach Stay Straps to #3 and #4 Bows

Step 1: Attach Stay Strap to #3 Bow

Step 2: Attach Stay Strap to #4 Bow

Place Fabric/Header/Side Bow Assembly onto Jeep

Attach Header/Side Bow Assembly to #3 Bow

Step 1: Pivot #3 Bow and Align Knuckles

Step 2: Fasten Pivot Knuckle to #3 Bow

Drape Fabric over the top of the Jeep and Fold Front Portion of Top Back

Step 1: Drape Fabric Over Jeep

Step 2: Fold Front Portion of Top Back

Attach Foam Seal and Foam Tape on inside of Header

Step 1: Apply Foam Seal and Tape

Attach Cable Spring to #3 Bow Corner Plate

Step 1: Attach Free End of Cable Spring

Step 2: Crimp Spring End

Step 3: Partially Open Top

Attach Bow Flaps to #4 Bow

Step 1: Secure Fabric Flaps to #4 Bow

Attach Bow Flap to #3 Bow

Step 1: Secure Front Bow Flap to #3 Bow

Attach Bow Flap to #2 Bow

Step 1: Secure Rear Bow Flap to #2 Bow

Close Front Windshield Header Latches

Step 1: Position Latch for Engagement

Step 2: Engage and Close Latch

Install Rear Window

Step 1: Orient Rear Window

Step 2: Zip Rear Window

Install Tailgate Bar

Step 1: Slide Tailgate Bar onto Tubing

Step 2: Slide Bar Over Tubing

Snap Tailgate Bar Onto Tailgate Bar Mounts

Step 1: Snap Tailgate Bar into Mounts

Secure Rear Corners of Fabric to Jeep Belt Rail

Step 1: Tuck Bottom Right Corner Tab

Step 2: Tuck Top Bottom Right Corner Tabs

Install Side Windows

Step 1: Orient and Partially Zip Side Windows

Step 2: Tuck Front Angle Strip into Channel

Install Side Windows (cont.)

Step 1: Finish Zipping Side Windows

Step 2: Tuck Bottom Plastic Strip

Folding the Top Down

Step 1: Remove Side Windows & Roll Up Rear

Step 2: Release Latches & Fold Top
