Event A
Profibus Master Sets READ_SETUP bit (PUV bit 1) to 1.
I/O Module reads this bit, and begins reading setup from
the LaserSpeed gauge.
Event B
I/O Module sets READ_STATUS bit to 1, indicating that
settings in the current Data Exchange message are valid.
Event C
Profibus Master sets READ_SETUP bit back to 0
Event D
I/O Module sets READ_STATUS bit back to 0
