SHOCK ABSORBER
ADJUSTING THE HYDRAULIC COMPRES-
SION DAMPER (high and low speeds)
The shock absorber can be adjusted for
both high and low speeds. The terms ‘high’
and ‘low’ refer to the compression speed of
the shock absorber, not to the speed of the
vehicle. The low-speed adjustment affects
the behaviour of the shock absorber during
low-speed compression; conversely the
high-speed adjustment affects its behaviour
during high-speed compression.
