This thermometer is intended for measuring the temperature in the
ear. Do not use this thermometer for measurements in other parts
of the body.
Replace the protective cover after each use to ensure an accurate
measurement and prevent cross contamination.
The thermometer may only be used with protective caps from Beurer;
other protective caps may result in faulty measurements. If you have
run out of protective caps, contact the manufacturer or retailer for
replacements.
Consult a doctor if you believe your medical condition to be poor.
IMPORTANT
The device is not shockproof. Do not allow it to be dropped and pre-
vent any high impact stress on the device.
Avoid bending the device.
Do not take the device apart and do not modify it in any way.
If this device is used according to the instructions for use, it is not
necessary to recalibrate it regularly. If you still have any questions,
please take the complete device to the retailer.
Notes on electromagnetic compatibility

tions for use, including domestic environments.

or the failure of the display/device.

top of other devices, as this could lead to faulty operation. If, how-
ever, it is necessary to use the device in the manner stated, this de-
vice as well as the other devices must be monitored to ensure they
are working properly.
The use of accessories other than those specifi ed or provided by the
manufacturer of this device can lead to an increase in electromagnetic
emissions or a decrease in the device’s electromagnetic immunity; this
can result in faulty operation.
Failure to comply with the above can impair the performance of the
device.
