bit 7-5 N.U.: not in use, unimplemented bit
bit 4 DeleType: Type of Delegate
1 = Double Delegate (right button)
0 = Double Delegate (left button) or Single Delegate
>> This bit defines which delegate type is assigned to the stream. Besides
the simple single delegate there is also the double delegate, which is
divided into the two sides (right and left button).
bit 3-1 N.U.: not in use, unimplemented bit
bit 0 All/Deall: Allocated/De-Allocated
1 = Allocated
0 = De-Allocated
>> This bit indicates whether it is an allocation or de-allocation event that
is associated with the Q message. So the corresponding MU is either
allocated or de-allocated after sending.
s - Allocation on which stream
>> There are four streams which can be assigned audio in the Quinta system. Depending
on the load of the system, some of these streams are already occupied or reserved
for the chairman. Then it comes to a filling up of the streams, if corresponding
requests of the MUs occur, until the maximum number of available streams is
reached.
