bit 3-0 HWType: Hardware type
s - MU status (8 bits)
bit 7 N.U.: not in use, unimplemented bit
bit 6 RFconnection: Status of RF connection
1 = RF connection established
0 = no stable RF connection
>> This bit uses a single bit position to indicate whether the MU is in the
range of a stable RF connection.
>> Please note that a MU only goes offline when the third x message no
longer arrives at the CU; therefore it can take up to 60 seconds until the
MU is displayed as out of range resp. with no stable RF connection.
