Note
At any change of DSP register 0x42, regardless of the source, the CU sends out the
actual value read back from DSP, plus a variable service message. In the examples, two
of these service messages that can occur are listed; in general, the following three
different forms can occur: m=a-zn=b (Example: m=07-zn=02), zmA_B (Example: m=07-
zn=02), pcgmN (Example: pcgm0). Please ignore these service messages as they are only
used for debugging purposes and do not provide reliable information for controlling
Quinta.
The register 0x42 value received should be used immediately as information source in
relation with external controller processed data, the service message is additional and
must be ignored.
Within the Quinta PC software many additional messages will be used or generated
during the mute resp. unmute events, especially with Multi-CU setups. They are
software-concept dependent and vary according to the setup and actual situation.
Examples

P 42 0<CR>
