Always engage trigger lock and relieve fluid pressure.

CAUTION
PROBLEM CAUSE CORRECTION
Split spray pattern. Not enough material ow. Increase uid ow by changing uid tip size, or increase uid
pressure.
Excessive bounce-back. Too much atomization air pressure. Reduce air pressure.
Gun too far from surface. Check distance.
Runs and sags. Too much uid ow. Adjust gun or reduce uid pressure.
Material too thin. Mix properly or apply light coats/reduce uid ow.
Gun tilted at an angle. Mount gun at right angle to work.
Thin, sandy coarse nish
drying before it ows out.
Gun too far from surface. Check distance.
Too much air pressure. Reduce air pressure and check spray pattern.
Fluid ow too low. Increase uid ow by changing uid tip size, supply pressure.
