3. Active Modes
Active Manual Mode
In the Active Manual Mode, the user of the device is moving the pedals at a constant rate of
resistance throughout the exercise.
From the Home screen, touch <Activ
e>.

Select <MANUAL>, and set the exercise parameters; total exercise time followed by user weight.
When finished, press the <Green Arrow> button.
