than 42.2°C (108°F).
(2) In Scan Mode:
Temperature taken is higher
than 80°C (176°F).
Take measurement
within one of the target
zones specified. If the
temperature is still beyond
the specified range,
remove the battery and
replace after 1 minute.
Repeat the temperature
measurement.
(1) In Ear / Forehead Mode:
Temperature taken is lower
than 34°C (93.2°F).
(2) In Scan Mode:
Temperature taken is lower
than - 22°C (-7.6°F).
Device cannot be powered
on to the ready stage.
Change with a new
battery.
