When working on the refrigeration system:
WARNING
The compressor is under pressure!
Serious injuries are possible.
Depressurize the compressor!
Wear safety goggles!
3 Required tools
• Screwdriver (TX20, TX25, PH2 , SL2.5x75,
SL1.6x10, SL0.6x3.5)
• Hexagon socket screw spanner 5 mm, 6 mm
• Ratchet torque spanner
• Socket spanner 7 mm or 8 mm and 10 mm with an
extension of at least 10 cm
• Adjustable spanner (width across flats 0 to 40 mm)
• Open-end spanner
• Gloves
• Cloth
• Voltage detector
• Putty knife
• If necessary, adhesive tape and pencil to mark
cables
4 Dismounting the old frequency inverter (FI)
DANGER
Life-threatening voltages inside the FI housing!
Contact can lead to serious injuries or death.
Never open the FI housing in operation!
Switch off the main switch and secure it against
being switched on again.
Wait for at least 5 minutes until all capacitors
have been discharged!
Before switching on again, close the FI housing.
1. Unscrewing the cover of the frequency inverter
▶ For this, loosen the 6 screws on the cover with a
screwdriver (TX20) and remove the cover.
