25. VARISPEED compressor with control board:
Connecting the metal rail, control board, and
control lines
For a VARISPEED compressor the metal rail (at the
bottom of the picture, to shield the control lines) and
control board musst be screwed on the frequency in-
verter.
▶ Insert the metal rail at a slight angle and place it be-
hind the upper edge.
▶ Screw on the metal rail with the 2 screws and a
screwdriver (TX20) to the frequency inverter. Tight-
ening torque 2.5 Nm.
▶ Shield the control lines.
▶ After that, screw the control board with 4 screws and
a screwdriver (TX20) to the frequency inverter. Tight-
ening torque 2.5 Nm.
▶ Attach the terminal strips to the control board and
connect the shielded control lines with a screwdriver
(SL2/2.5x75) in the same way as they were connec-
ted to the old frequency inverter (tightening torque
0.5 Nm).
