Make sure the front pins are
seated in the holes, then push
the griddle top back.

Place the two front pins into
the front locking holes and push
the griddle top back.

Then, set the two rear pins
into the rear holes.

Place the two front pins into
the front locking holes and push
the griddle top back.

Then, set the two rear pins
into the rear holes.
Make sure the front pins are
seated in the holes, then push
the griddle top back.
Make sure the front pins are fully
seated in the holes, then push
the griddle top forward to lock
the griddle in place.

STEP 10
With the help of another person, place the griddle top
and hood on the main body by aligning the 4 pins to the holes of
the body.
STEP 09
Hang the grease cup in the slot at the back of the
griddle body.
STEP 08
Loosen the two (2) M6x12 bolts on the right side of the
griddle body.
Hook the right side shelf on these bolts and use two (2) M6x12 bolts
[a.] to secure the side shelf to the right side of the griddle body.
Tighten all four screws.
Repeat with the left side shelf.
STEP 07
Use two (2) M5x24 shoulder bolts [b.] and two (2) M5 nuts
[l.] to attach one (1) shelf rail to one (1) side shelf.
Repeat with the other shelf.
